Pastor Alex L. Williams is the Senior Pastor of Institutional International Ministries (IIM) in Brooklyn, New York, where he is committed to serving God, building people, and transforming communities through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Since his installation in 2019, he has led one of Brooklyn's historic congregations with a vision that combines biblical teaching, discipleship, innovative outreach, and community impact. A respected pastor, civic leader, and bridge-builder, Pastor Williams serves as President of the NYPD 88th Precinct Clergy Council and has been featured in *Newsweek*, *Forward Magazine*, *NewsNation*, and other media outlets for his work in faith, leadership, and community transformation. He is the visionary behind initiatives including the Stoop Baptism Service, Fort Greene Prayer Day, Church on the Court, Watch Me Grow Youth Mentorship Program, Souls Behind the Badge, Institutional Cares, and Building Fort Greene. An emerging author and sought-after speaker, Pastor Williams is passionate about helping people grow spiritually, lead with purpose, and leave a lasting legacy. He is married to Pastor Ty'Ann Williams, and together they are the proud parents of John-Carl and Jane-Ann. His life's mission is simple:  to serve God, build people, and impact communities for generations to come.

Pastor Ty'Ann Williams is the Executive Pastor of Institutional International Ministries, where she leads with wisdom, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to seeing lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A gifted preacher, teacher, and leader, she is known for communicating God's Word with authenticity, practical insight, and prophetic conviction. Beyond the local church, Pastor Ty'Ann serves as Vice President of Ministries at Guideposts, is the founder of the global prayer movement Girls Going After God, and has inspired thousands through her ministry to women, families, and emerging leaders. Affectionately known as the "Sneaker Preacher," she uniquely bridges faith and culture while championing prayer, discipleship, and purpose. Together with her husband, Senior Pastor Alex L. Williams, she is passionate about building a thriving, multigenerational church that empowers people to know God, discover purpose, and leave a lasting Kingdom legacy.
